Easy fix, Respite Home Care can assist on your behalf as follows
1) You need to contact your Care Coordinator / Support Coordinator to inform them that you want to switch to a private provider that suits your needs. I can assist you with paper work.
2) You have two options for managing your NDIS funding
· Self-Management
· Plan-Management
You can directly book through us if you manage your own funding. Respite Home Care will issue service invoices directly to you for payment. You will use these when submitting claims for the services we provide you.
We can discuss this with your Plan Manager to facilitate service bookings using your NDIS funds. You won’t be receiving service invoice from us. Respite Home Care will submit the service invoice to your Plan Manager for the services we provide you.
