Frequently Asked Questions

I provide Carer support for everyday living. In-home tasks such as personal and home care or transport to accompany and assist with outings for shopping, medical or other appointments, recreational activities, swimming, gym, walking and other outdoor activities or other community programs and activities.  I am passionate about cooking. I try to encourage engagement in different activities but always respecting the wishes of the client.

My services are available normally between is 8am – 10pm (7 days a week).  I will consider providing cover outside those hours in the event of an emergency. 

It depends on the availability of my timetable.  If you can let me know well in advance I will try my best to be as flexible as possible to fit you in.

Standard service bookings are for 2 hours minimum to cover the costs of my travel time. Sessions running over will incur overtime charges in increments of 15 minutes. 

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

I will find other agency staff to fill in temporarily for me for the duration of my time off.
